The purpose of this website is to introduce you to information and resources about Seamless Transition from School to Career for Students with Disabilities. In addition, this website is a clearing house of resources for Maryland's Seamless Transition Collaborative.

Our resources will grow across time as we learn more from you about information and resources that you desire to implement a sequential delivery of evidence-based transition service components. You will find fact sheets, e-learning modules, resources, and links to related websites for you to access as you need.

MSTC in Action

One of the key components of the Maryland Seamless Transition Collaborative (MSTC) is discovery of youth talents, interests, and support needs.  Rashad is one of these youths and this is his story.
