The purpose of this website is to introduce you to information and resources about Seamless Transition from School to Career for Students with Disabilities. In addition, this website is a clearing house of resources for Maryland's Seamless Transition Collaborative.

Our resources will grow across time as we learn more from you about information and resources that you desire to implement a sequential delivery of evidence-based transition service components. You will find fact sheets, e-learning modules, resources, and links to related websites for you to access as you need.

MSTC in Action
